How it works

Good advice, turned into progress

A playbook is a process you can use. Instead of reading about how someone did it, you work through it with your own answers.

  1. 01

    Discover a playbook

Browse playbooks made by people who have done the work. Open one to see its steps, how long it takes and who made it. You do not need an account to try it.

  2. 02

    Personalize it

Answer a few questions such as your goal, budget or available hours. Calculations update and advice changes to match.

  3. 03

    Work through it

Move step by step, tick off tasks, follow resource links and add private notes. Progress saves in this browser, or to your account if you sign in.

  4. 04

    Save, finish or remix

Bookmark it, complete it, or remix it into your own version. The original creator stays credited on every remix.

Building blocks

What’s inside a playbook

  • Introductions

Context and the outcome you are working toward.

  • Callouts

A note, tip, or warning that does not count as a step.

  • Checklists

Concrete tasks you can tick off.

  • Questions

Text, number, single choice, and multi-select inputs that personalize later steps.

  • Calculators

Safe, simple calculations based on your numbers.

  • Decisions

Advice that changes based on what you told it.

  • Resources

Links to tools, with a note on why each matters.
